Requesting a Repeat Prescription

This can be done on line if you have registered with this service.

 

If you have not registered and would like to, please contact Karen Liddle our Office Manager during working hours who will be happy to set this up for you.

 

Please note we do not take requests for Repeat Prescriptions over the phone

Requesting a Home Visit

Doctors will only visit patients who are housebound because of the severity of their illness or because of disability. Lack of transport is not an acceptable reason for requesting a home visit.

 

Requests for home visits must be made before 11.00am
